Sending in your radio:
Please send an email describing your issue to: toby@troyradio.net
Include your shipping address, any level of insurance you wish to place on the return shipment, a phone number and limit to repair cost. Also any special information that may assist in diagnostics.
You will receive a return email with a ticket number, please keep that number in all communications for accuracy.
Rates:
99.00 for the first one hour of diagnostic, minor repair and a full calibration!
An estimate will be provided if the repair exceeds the first hour.
Time to complete your repair:
As the Authorized FlexRadio Legacy Service Center for the U.S.A. market, estimates are usually complete in 2-3 weeks.
Completion of your repair can take anywhere between 30 to 60 days and is dependent on the level of repair and parts availability.
Lightning / ESD Damage
If you suspect your radio has been through a lightning or ESD event, we will evaluate it and provide an estimate.
If we find the radio to be "beyond economical repair", we can provide a letter stating this and will retain the radio for 30 days at our facility so the insurance company can retrive it if they wish.
After 30days, the radio will be destroyed and disposed of at our facillity and you will net be charged for the service diagnostics.
